Tayyorlash usuli
Hammayoqni mayda maydalab, tuz bilan ozgina maydalang, siqib oling, idishga o'tkazing va sovutilgan tuzlamoq bilan quying. Bankani pergament qog'oz bilan yoping va sovuq joyga qo'ying. 5-6 kun ichida karam tayyor bo'ladi. Tuzlamoq, sirka, suv, shakar, ozgina qalampir, dafna bargini tayyorlash uchun; bularning barchasini qaynatib oling va sovuting.
