Tayyorlash usuli
Smorodina rezavorlari (olcha murabbo) qaynoq suv bilan qaynatiladi, javdar krakerlari, asal qo'shiladi va 35-37 darajagacha sovutiladi, xamirturush, xamiri bo'lmagan olma sharbati (uzum sharbati) kiritiladi, iliq joyda 24 soat fermentlanadi. Keyin u filtrlanadi, sovitiladi va sopol idishga solinadi.
