Tayyorlash usuli
Parranda go'shti qaynatiladi, pulpa suyaklardan ajratiladi. Garnitür uchun parranda go'shti filesi chiziqlar bilan kesiladi, oz miqdordagi bulon bilan quyiladi va qaynatiladi. Pulpaning qolgan qismi maydalagich bilan go'sht maydalagichdan o'tkaziladi va artiladi. Qolgan sho'rva odatdagi usulda pishiriladi. Tayyor osh sher bilan ishlanadi. Chiqib ketayotganda, chiziqlar bilan kesilgan parranda filesi porsiyalangan idishlarga joylashtiriladi, krautonlar alohida-alohida xizmat qiladi (rek. № 704).
Ilovadagi retsept kalkulyatori yordamida vitaminlar va minerallarning yo'qolishini hisobga olgan holda o'zingizning retseptingizni yaratishingiz mumkin.
