Tayyorlash usuli
Hammayoqni sho'r suvga pishiring, suvni to'kib tashlang, karamni mayda maydalang yoki maydalang, ustiga mayda to'g'ralgan qovurilgan piyoz, tuxum va kraker qo'shing. Köfte hosil qiling. Chuchvaralarni qaynoq sho‘r suvga botirib, ko‘tarilguncha pishiring. Teshikli qoshiq bilan olib tashlang. Tovuq yoki quyon ovqatlari bilan xizmat qiling.
