Tayyorlash usuli

Hammayoqni sho'r suvga pishiring, suvni to'kib tashlang, karamni mayda maydalang yoki maydalang, ustiga mayda to'g'ralgan qovurilgan piyoz, tuxum va kraker qo'shing. Köfte hosil qiling.
