Tayyorlash usuli
Parchalangan karam qaynab turgan bulon yoki suvga solinadi va 0-15 daqiqa qaynatiladi. Keyin qovurilgan lavlagi (61 -bet), qovurilgan sabzavotlar qo'ying va pishguncha pishiring.
