Tayyorlash usuli
Qovurilgan idishni o'simlik moyi bilan yog'lang, shakar qo'shing va shakar eriguncha oltin rangga ega bo'lguncha olovda saqlang. Keyin ichiga bir bo'lak bo'lak bo'lak soling va idishni silkitib, shakar ularni bir tekis yopib qo'yishiga ishonch hosil qiling.
