Tayyorlash usuli

Sariyog'ini shakar va tuz bilan maydalang. Sariq va unni asta-sekin qo'shib, tezda xamirni yoğurun va sovuqqa qo'ying. 15 daqiqadan so'ng uni yoyib, moylangan va unlangan pishirish varag'iga qo'ying. Tozalangan ingichka olma qatlami "tarozi" bilan to'ldiring. Shakar va dolchin bilan seping. Pirogning chetlarini ip bilan chimchilab, yaxshilab isitiladigan pechga soling. Kek qizartirilganda va olma yumshoq bo'lganda, pechdan chiqarib oling va shakar kukuniga seping.
