Tayyorlash usuli
O'riklarni tozalang va 3 soat toza ohakli suvga 1 soat qo'ying. Sovuq suvda bir necha marta yuving. Urug'larni olib tashlang, o'rikni chap qo'lingizda ushlab turing va toshni poyaning yon tomoniga o'rnatilgan o'ng tayoq bilan itarib oling. Drenajlashiga ruxsat bering. Sirop tayyorlang, o'rik qo'shing, 3 marta qaynatib oling va olib tashlang. 15 daqiqa turing, yana olovga qo'ying va qalinlashguncha skimlab pishiring. Jam deyarli tayyor bo'lgach, vanilin, yarim limon sharbati va tozalangan o'rik yadrolarini qo'shing.
